College Aviation Career Guidance
The decision to pursue a career in military or civilian aviation can be daunting and full of conflicting and dated information. There are no easy decisions when it comes to committing yourself to this path. Let Beyond The HUD advise you on these decisions as well as prepare a path for you to follow as you progress towards your goals. This service will allow you to make informed decisions about aircraft, lifestyle, salary expectations and career advancements. We can ensure you have the most current and realistic outlook of both the military and civilian options in front of you. 1 on 1 Virtual consultation. Designed to answer questions for students and parents interested in a career in aviation. Realistic overview of current compensation, lifestyle, outlook, and requirements will be covered. Session designed to provide a roadmap through high school and college. Civilian and Military career paths will be discussed. Calls last 45-60 minutes.

Complete Air Force Reserve/Air National Guard Pilot Preparation and Consultation
Beyond The HUD will chart your entire flight path from the initial consultation through interview preparation and beyond. We start with a personalized assessment of your goals, airframe preference, locations desired and timeline. From there, we are able to provide guidance and structure tailored to your unique situation. A comprehensive and realistic path forward along with markers and milestones to achieve is included in your prep course. We will also offer best practices and tips for handling your interactions with chief pilots, recruiters, squadron members and other stakeholders along the way. We schedule these sessions via Zoom and will also use digital messaging, email and voice calls to ensure you are prepared. A mock interview is also part of our complete Pilot Preparation package.

Review of client intake form. Personalized assessment of your goals, airframe preference, locations desired and timeline. Initial encounter scheduled virtually. Typically 45-60 minutes.
Customized checklist and strategy for your implementation to include dates and deliverables. Provided via email after initial meeting.
Contacts for best fit squadrons, recruiters and chief pilots as well as a timeline for visits based on unit availability. Based on hiring cycles of units.
One on one virtual strategy sessions for handling your interactions with chief pilots, recruiters, squadron members and other stakeholders along the way. Typically 30-60 minutes each. Up to 3 sessions.

Complete Service Academy Preparation Course
A service academy appointment requires not only a well thought out and strategic plan but the ability to stay a step ahead of your peers. Beyond The HUD understands the importance of early preparation and consultation. We perform a complete candidate assessment to understand where we are starting from. From there, we are able to provide guidance and structure tailored to your unique strengths and needs. Every aspect of the service academy process is detailed and planned out for you. Our clients will be prepared and confident throughout the phases of application. A mock personal interview is also part of this package.
Services include:
Initial consultation with in-depth review of entire application and acceptance process. All aspects of USAFA, USCGA, USMA and USNA covered based on applicant academy preference. Virtual meeting lasts 60-90 minutes.
Follow-up vectoring based on applicants timeline. On-going consultations and individual session to stay on top of major milestone and deadline submissions. Our team remains in constant contact during the application process to keep you on course and glide path.

Interviewing for an ROTC scholarship, Reserve/Guard UFT slot or service academy position can be one of the most stressful events in your journey to wings. Beyond The HUD will make sure you are are confident and prepared when you step into the interview room. Our team has countless years of experience on both sides of the process and will vector you to your best self.
Professional Mentoring and Vectors
This service is designed to expand and broaden the initial career vector consultation. Our team will engage clients on a quarterly basis to ensure career goals and milestones are staying on track. We will facilitate networking opportunities with professionals in the industry as well as keep you informed on the latest developments in your career path. This quarterly service will also include a 45-60 minute consultation to assess and course correct as needed
Services Include
Quarterly mentoring call and vector check to assess progress, goals and strategize as necessary.
